Active definitions counts active process definitions (BPMN, JSON, YAML). Decision tables (DMN) are not counted toward this limit.
Audit log retention is not tiered today: entries are kept for as long as the account is active, on every plan including Free. Scheduled deletion by plan is planned, not yet supported. You can take the full trail out at any time with data export.
Frontend Gateway
The Frontend Gateway is available on all plans. It lets you embed live process interfaces directly into your web applications — no custom UI code required.
Free Plan Limits
When the Free plan reaches its 10,000 SOp monthly limit, all billable operations are blocked (writes, instance searches, and Frontend Gateway interactions). Read operations, queries, and the audit log continue to function normally. You can upgrade at any time and the limit is immediately restored.
Annual Billing
Annual plans receive a 20% discount over the equivalent monthly price.
Enterprise
For organizations with advanced requirements, the Enterprise plan offers:

- White-label
- Custom SLA with 24/7 support
- Annual contract with billing in BRL, USD, or EUR

Simple Approval Flow
A process with 1 instantiation + 2 human task completions + 1 completion event = ~4 SOps per execution
With 500 executions/month → ~2,000 SOps. The Free plan (10,000 SOps) covers ~2,500 executions/month.
Credit Scoring via DMN
Each call to POST /decisions/:key/evaluate = 1 SOp
10,000 evaluations/month → 10,000 SOps → exactly the Free plan quota.
SaaS Onboarding with Multiple Steps
A process with 1 instance + 5 tasks + 3 integration events + 2 variable updates = ~11 SOps per execution
1,000 new users/month → ~11,000 SOps → Starter with low overage. The Free plan covers ~900 users/month.
AI Agent with MCP Orchestration
Typical session: 1 start_process + 3 complete_task + 2 evaluate_decision + 2 send_event = ~8 SOps per session
1,000 agent sessions/month → ~8,000 SOps → Starter or Growth depending on volume
